Industries & Sectors we work for

We have clients from many industries and are happy about everyone who decides to work with us.
Most of our customers are from the automotive industry and from the following areas:

Benefits of working with us

Creativity and first-class design understanding (Class A & Strak)
Perfect surface quality, brand-typical lines and designs that can be produced without problems. We create design components with high-quality and styled Class-A surfaces.
Technical creativity is a basic prerequisite for every developer and designer. However, when it comes to design components such as rims and body components, an excellent understanding of design and a high degree of design creativity are also important.
With us, you get both from a single source, which is why we often handle the design development for our customers. The advantage: no work is done on designs that are not technically feasible or lose their appeal if they are technically feasible.
Full cost control
With us, you only pay for what we do for you. No work = no costs! You use our know-how only when you need it – without internal team efforts.
If required, you can also book a fixed monthly contingent at reduced prices to have absolute planning security. Contact us!
Independence
If the supplier is not "just" a producer but also a developer and even the rights holder, we speak of complete supplier dependence. This dependence on a supplier can not only have economically negative effects, it can even become a threat to operations.
Reduce this dependency to a minimum by using us as a developer. We also support you in changing suppliers.
Staff turnover "adee"
When an important employee leaves because, for example, they have found a more attractive position for themselves, this can become a real problem, because good replacements are often difficult to find and the training of new employees can be very time-consuming.
With us, you can reduce this risk to a minimum!
Constant contact persons, no loss of knowledge, no risk due to changing internal employees.
Absolute Flexibility - Scalability without Risk
A project is "on hold" or there is no new development at the moment? No problem! When it continues, we'll be there for you again!
Flexible working methods, fast response times and project-oriented support – from individual services to full service.
Long-term cooperation & Loyalty
Staff fluctuation, employee satisfaction, work-life balance, vacation planning - You don't have to worry about any of that when you work with us.
We accompany customers for years, know their products, and ensure consistent quality and reliability.
Extensive experience
Thanks to our decades of project experience in international vehicle construction, from motorsport to the defense sector, an extensive wealth of experience and a good network are at your disposal.
Independent working style
Own project management, active problem-solving, and clear communication – minimal burden on your internal resources.
Depending on your needs, queries can be reduced to a minimum. Focus on your work or free up time for other things.
Absolute Discretion & Data Security
Strict confidentiality, NDA compliance, and absolutely secure data management.

Our global network

Knowledge, motivation, and capital are worth little without the right network!
We work with development partners, scientists, and certified manufacturing facilities in Germany, Europe, and worldwide. This network of specialists and first-class manufacturing facilities, which has grown over many years, makes us what we are today.
We use our network to find the best solution for you and your project!

"I was born an engineer"!

Markus Lüthen - Founder & Dipl.-Ing. (FH)

Even as a child, everything for me revolved around cars, engines, and technology – for me, it was more than a hobby, it was (and is) my world.
At 15, I began my apprenticeship as a car mechanic, and at 16, I bought my first car (an American car), which I completely restored over two years after work – including many self-made parts.
After the apprenticeship, I got my technical baccalaureate to study vehicle construction. Because my greatest passion to this day is creating vehicle parts myself.

AMG GT-RR

For the AMG-GT, a carbon aerodynamics package and two forged wheel designs including road approval were developed.
The aerodynamics package consisted of a front splitter, front bumper attachments, side skirts, rear diffuser, and an adjustable rear wing.
Most parts were designed as replacement parts, which was largely responsible for the great success of the products.

EDITION-1 FlowForged

With the EDITION-1 FlowForged, a very widely applicable FlowForming rim was developed. Application list, procurement of brake contours, design, construction, supplier selection, approval and quality assurance were of course all handled by us.
The EDITION-1 FlowForged was available in 8.5 / 9.5 / 10.5x20 and was produced from only two molds, as the 9.5 and 10.5x20 were only rolled out to different extents and thus produced from one mold.

Huracan LSR

The LSR aerodynamics package for the Lamborghini Huracan included a front splitter, canard spoilers, side splitters, and an adjustable rear wing.
Three different aluminum feet were available for the rear wing, allowing the wing's height to be adjusted to personal preferences.
Of course, this aerodynamics package also came with a parts certificate.
